Infectious disease surveillance and management

Controlling infectious diseases in flocks can be challenging, but our team can assist in managing any diseases that you may encounter. 

This may be farm-based as part of your regular health plan review, or we can perform specific diagnostic and sampling visits in the case of an outbreak, including:

• Infectious abortion.
• Infectious lameness.
• Iceberg diseases (e.g. Johnes, MV).
• Pneumonia.
• Internal and external parasites.

We can also assist with gaining accreditation for MV/CAE and enzootic abortions, provide specific advice on biosecurity and vaccination, and help to gather and monitor data from your flock.
