Exciting Role as Clinical Director at Growing Farm Animal Practice, Cheshire
Willows Farm Vets is a 10-vet, 5 TB Tester, farm-only practice based in Rudheath, Cheshire. Due to increasing workload, we’re seeking a Clinical Director to bolster our leadership team.
You will work alongside certificate holders, MBA and DBR holders, and who have over 150 years’ of collective veterinary knowledge to tap into! The role will also benefit from being part of the wider VetPartners network, who with over 300 farm vets, represent the single largest employer of farm vets in the country. Opportunities abound for further involvement in knowledge sharing, special interest groups, development of new on farm tech, research projects, as well as being part of launching new innovative services to support the wider agricultural industry.
The Role:
The successful candidate will work alongside the existing Willows Management Team to provide strategic leadership, drive operational excellence and directly manage teams within the overall practice structure.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a particular ability to ‘hear what isn’t said’.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with an emphasis on client satisfaction and excellence of service.
- Commitment to the highest levels of professional standards and clinical governance

Remuneration package of up to £80,000 (dependent on experience) which includes benefits such as:
